I have been a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2000, and a certified Shiatsu therapist since 2005.

I am a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in Toronto. This program is designed for preventative care and specific injury work. Massage works with soft tissues of the body and promotes joint health.

Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a type of Japanese body work that is based on the same principals of acupuncture. It is designed to help correct energetic imbalances allowing the body to heal itself.
