Growing up, dance was such an important part of my life which lead to my passion of the human body, health and movement. In 1995, I enrolled in a program in Toronto that included courses in reflexology, aromatherapy, herbology, homeopathy and energy work which resulted in my enrolment in Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. During this time I took an advanced course in lymphatic drainage, deep connective tissue work, and did specialized work with populations of dancers, senior citizens, HIV/Aids and neurological patients.

In 2001, I moved to Montreal and began working at the McGill Sports Medicine Clinic treating athletes and the general public for six years. While I was there, I became a certified matt pilates instructor, yoga teacher and Shiatsu therapist. In 2005, I created my own business and a year later began travelling as a private personal massage therapist.

It became clear to me that I wanted to further my knowledge in human anatomy and biomechanics. In 2013, I enrolled in The Canadian College of Osteopathy (CCO) and graduated  in 2019. In 2022 , I completed my thesis; The Effects Of Global Osteopathy Verses Meditation On Irritable Bowel Syndrome. In November of 2022 I officially received my D.O.M.P.
